At a glance

  • Faller is for entertainment. The report it produces is a piece of literary copy. It is not medical, psychological, dermatological, legal, financial, or HR advice.
  • You must be 18 years or older to use Faller.
  • Upload only your own face photo. Uploading someone else’s photo without their consent is prohibited.
  • The Service is provided “as is.” You are responsible for how you use it and for any decision you make based on the report.

1. Purpose and parties

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the web application available at yuzfali.com (the “Service” or “Faller”).

The Service is operated by Aram Danesh, an individual (“Operator”, “we”). Anyone who accesses or uses the Service (“User”, “you”) confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. Using the Service means you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Service.

2. The Service

Faller takes a face photo you upload, runs an in-browser computer-vision model on it to detect facial landmarks, and turns those landmarks deterministically into a Turkish editorial report (a fizyonomi raporu).

Architectural choices that shape these Terms:

  • Your face photo never leaves your device. All image processing happens inside your browser. The photo is not uploaded to our servers or to any third party.
  • The Service does not require an account, sign-up, or registration.
  • The generated report can be downloaded as a PNG image; that download also happens entirely in your browser.

3. Entertainment only, not advice

Faller is an entertainment product. The report it produces is literary text. It is not a scientific analysis, a professional assessment, or advice in any domain.

The report is, in particular, not:

  • a medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis or recommendation,
  • a dermatological, aesthetic, or surgical recommendation,
  • an assessment of character, personality, intelligence, health, morality, or competence,
  • a tool to be used for hiring, firing, promoting, customer selection, insurance underwriting, lending, leasing, dating, matchmaking, or any other decision-making about a person,
  • an identity-verification or biometric-recognition system,
  • a scientific or academic source.

Any decision you make based on the report or any other Service output is your sole responsibility. For concerns about your health, mental state, or appearance, please consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.

4. Acceptable use

When you use the Service, you agree to the following:

  • Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
  • Upload only your own face photo, or one for which you have already obtained the express consent of the person depicted.
  • Comply with all applicable laws of Türkiye and, if you are outside Türkiye, with any other applicable laws of the jurisdiction you are in.

5. Prohibited uses

The following uses of the Service are strictly prohibited:

  1. Uploading another person’s photo without their consent. To upload a face photo of a third party, you must have first obtained that person’s prior, informed, express consent.
  2. Uploading photos of minors. Photos of persons under 18 may not be uploaded under any circumstances (including your own children).
  3. Uploading photos of deceased persons.
  4. Using the report or the Service as a basis for hiring, firing, promotion, or any decision affecting a person’s access to credit, insurance, education, healthcare, housing, or similar services.
  5. Using the report or the Service to profile, discriminate against, defame, harass, humiliate, threaten, or smear another person.
  6. Using the Service as an identity verification, biometric recognition, surveillance, investigative, or legal-assessment tool.
  7. Querying the Service via automated agents, robots, scrapers, or batch calls, or using collected outputs as a machine-learning training dataset or selling them.
  8. Reverse-engineering, decompiling, creating derivative works of, or redistributing the Service’s source code, models, or content (except to the extent permitted by mandatory law).
  9. Attempting to overload the Service’s infrastructure, uploading malicious software, or probing for security vulnerabilities (other than authorized security research, see § 17).

If you violate this section, the Operator reserves the right to block your access without notice and to pursue legal remedies for any damages suffered.

6. Age requirement

Faller may be used only by persons 18 years of age or older. Persons under 18 may not use the Service, upload photos, or generate reports. If we determine that you do not meet the age requirement, your access will be blocked and you waive any related claim.

7. The photo you upload

The face photo you upload is processed entirely inside your browser. The photo is not transmitted, copied, or stored on our servers or by any third party. When you close the browser tab, the temporary in-memory object holding the photo is also discarded.

Even so, all legal responsibility arising from the moment you upload the photo rests with you. In particular, you represent and warrant that:

  • the photo you upload is genuinely of yourself, or you have obtained the express consent of the person depicted,
  • uploading the photo does not infringe any third party’s rights,
  • the photo is of a person who is 18 years of age or older and alive.

The generated report is also yours. Publishing, sharing, or screenshotting it is entirely at your discretion and responsibility.

8. Intellectual property

The Service itself, the runnable form of its source code, its visual design, its typography, its Turkish editorial dictionaries, and its brand elements (logo, name, layout) belong to the Operator and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms grant you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. The prohibited uses in § 5 are excluded from this license.

The generated report is composed of Turkish text drawn from dictionaries and selected based on your facial landmarks. Personal use of the report (downloading, sharing, screenshotting) is free. Reselling the report as part of a commercial product, or systematically aggregating Service output, is prohibited.

9. Third-party services

To run, the Service uses certain third-party infrastructure providers (e.g. a hosting provider). The data those providers may see and the transfer routes involved are described in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Aydınlatma Metni.

The Service shows third-party advertisements through Google AdSense. Advertising cookies are set only after you affirmatively consent through Google’s Funding Choices CMP. For details, see Privacy Policy § 3.6 and KVKK Aydınlatma Metni § 5.2.

10. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Operator makes no express or implied warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, fit for any particular purpose, accurate, current, complete, or produce satisfying results. The generated report is literary text; no representation is made about its accuracy, applicability, or usefulness.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profit, data, opportunity, or non-pecuniary harm) arising from the use, inability to use, interpretation of, or decisions made based on the Service or the report.
  • The Operator’s total liability to you, under any circumstance, will not exceed five hundred Turkish Lira (TRY 500).

These limitations do not restrict any rights granted to you by Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 or any other mandatory consumer-protection rule. Rights you cannot legally waive remain reserved.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the Operator for all damages, legal fees, and reasonable costs arising from any claim, action, or investigation brought against the Operator due to your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or any third party’s rights.

13. Changes and termination of the Service

The Operator may at any time, without prior notice, change, partially or fully suspend, or terminate the Service. The Operator may immediately and without notice terminate your access to the Service if it determines that you have violated these Terms.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Users acting in the capacity of consumers may, within the financial limits set by Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, bring related disputes before the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in their own place of residence. No provision of these Terms restricts this right.

For non-consumer disputes, the Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

15. Changes to the Terms

The Operator may update these Terms from time to time. The updated text takes effect from the moment it is published at yuzfali.com/legal/ with the “Last updated” date shown at the top. We will make reasonable efforts to highlight material changes inside the Service, but it is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

16. General provisions

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • Waiver: A failure by the Operator to exercise a right does not amount to a waiver of that right.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms to a third party without prior written consent.
  • Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Aydınlatma Metni, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator.
